In labour domain, any exchange of good or service is phagocytized by the retribution of the involved individuals as well as the collection of taxes by the public administration.
Indeed, individuals, in the need to cover their salary and related taxes, need to make a substantial profit from any transaction. Similarly, the state concerned with supporting its lifestyle, encourages its citizens to be always more active. It also wants every citizen to join in the dance, not only because it knows that an individual who is kept out of the workplace also stands back from everyday life, but also because it prefers to receive subsidies rather than to distribute them.
Men are therefore free to take initiatives, to trade, to work, but in this dance they are like wearing heavy boots and saddled with imposing costumes, these representing the sum of all the financial constraints inherent to the least movement.

Here is the idea. How to lighten the dance, make it more graceful and spontaneous ? It would be necessary to deport this surcharge on a basic step that would guarantee to every man a worthy costume. That would lighten the space of figures and initiatives. On the one hand, a framework for organizing resource sharing, on the other a space for creating, inventing and producing. Between the two, a set of rules that would express our aspirations and our ambition for the world.

The Compagnie

The dancers all wear the same costume, their human identity.
They have the same dignity, are equal in rights and their freedom is of equal value.
They are subject to the same needs and share a unique time, the same for everyone.

If they are equal in law, it is however chimerical to want them to be identical. Physical principle : 2 distinct bodies can not occupy the same place at the same time. No need to go further. Whatever human reasoning or folly decrees or proclaims, 2 individuals will always remain distinct according this criterion. Therefore it is not the uniformity of man that we must get on it but the universality of respect due to each.

Man is not a magician. That compels him to make efforts to live in his environment. This adaptation to his environment is called "work". Work confronts man with his condition, but also with his fellow men, subjected to the same challenge. The path of work is paved with efforts. These are opportunities for everyone to overcome his capabilities. Here is the reward, a greater knowledge of his environment and a new outline of his person.

Money is a good tool for quantifying access to goods. His conductor is a unique bank. No more cash, everything is electronic.
The money has a flavor or more exactly a color, depending on the domain it handles. For example, the individual looks life in blue, the company is breathing in green and the public administration spends its budget in golden-yellow . We could suggest other channels, but the main point is this rule "The channels are by default hermetic between them".
There is therefore no automatic equivalence between currencies of different colors. Nevertheless the public authority, according to the policy it wishes to conduct, defines, regulates and adjusts the rules of transformation between the distinct channels.

Here is a "non-magician" (i.e. a man) advancing on the dance floor. As an individual, he only sees life in blue . He receives a allocation of dignity because he is a member of the human family. He receives a salary of work as soon as he gets involved in a service to the community. He receives additional resources from the company he works for.
The idea is to offer a framework that allows every man to live with dignity. If the model innovates, it doesn't dismiss current benchmarks.
The public authority puts everything in music. It sets the amount of the allocation. For the salary, it fixes a reduced number of steps, each one reflecting the level of requirement and involvement required by the service. It regulates also the supplement of resources. Generally speaking, even if earning money supports some variations, public authority ensures that every gain in blue currency to be crystal clear and upper bounded.

In particular, it establishes a rule that is lacking in our time. Humans share the same needs, the same time, the same daily life. They exchange with the same money the access to the resources of their one and single Earth. Nothing can justify that a man can squander 10 times, 20 times more than his neighbor. That a man can have 5 times more than the reasonable ration already reaches the limit of what is bearable and this should remain an exception.
The important thing is that men no longer perceive the everyday life as a field of struggle and personal conquest. That they acquire the feeling of a single human condition, sharing the same fate. If access to material resources is an unavoidable necessity, it should no longer be the primary goal of a world without ideas. Men are a whole and approach life by the right side, in an insatiable spirit of friendship and solidarity.

Organization

A little practice. Single bank, electronic money... That allows to generate writings without dispossessing anyone. Allocation and salary are just digital changes made suddenly on your account and ditto for inter-channels compensation operations.

The individual will spend almost all his blue money with entities that speak only green. The blue money collected by a company is unusable. This amount will only be compensated for in green currency to allow the company to prosper. The compensation rule is not meant to be linear. Its expression may even differ according to various criteria, for example the sector of activity of the company.

The company trades with its suppliers in green . Trading on the same channel doesn't require any special rules. However, it could be wise to decreed a maximum rate of profit for any transaction. Because if it is justified that a service yields a profit, with a disproportionnate profit you can ask yourself who is the one who serves ? For the global machine to work smoothly, everyone has to be respectful for his neighbors.

Suppose now that a company wants to pay a subsidy to an employee. It will have to freeze some green money for it to be compensated in the blue account of the person. This rule is not meant to be linear either. The larger the amount, the less efficient is the green.

The digital money injected is the main engine of the organization. So that it keeps its orchestrator function, care must be taken not to dilute its value. That's why blue currency is frozen as soon as it reaches the business green channel. In the same way, green must have an evanescent existence to prevent its accumulation by companies that are at the end of the chain.

All this is under responsibility of public authority. It must decide, arbitrate, adjust and set to music this score down to the smallest details.
